The Animal Shelter Advisory Board of the City of Georgetown, Texas, met on Thursday, November 19,
2009.

Regular Meeting
The Animal Shelter Advisory Board of the City of Georgetown, Texas, met on Thursday November 19,
2009 in the Community Services Meeting Room at 1101 N. College Street.
Meeting called to order at 6:09 p.m. by Christy Hullum.
1. Citizens comments —none.
2. Approval of minutes from the August and October advisory board meetings — The October
minutes were approved unanimously. The approval of the August meeting minutes were postponed to the
January meeting.
3. Animal Services statistical and analytical report for the month of October, 2009 — Jackie Carey
discussed the report for October 2009. Intakes continue to trend in a positive direction. Jackie will review
the process for determining the overall percentage of animals adopted and report back to the board.
4. Discussion and possible action on most current version of ASAB by -laws approved by the City
Council of Georgetown. Item postponed to the January meeting.
There will not be an advisory board meeting for the month of December
