The Animal Shelter Advisory Board of the City of Georgetown, Texas, met on Thursday , May 19, 2005.
Members Present:
Shawn Gunnin, Chair, Patty Eason, Lana Cagle, Dawn Hitt-Wilken, Ken Finn, Erica Haley

Minutes
Regular Meeting
Chairman Shawn Gunnin called meeting to order at 6pm.
No citizen comments.
Motion made by Patty Eason to accept minutes from last meeting as they were
presented. Ken Finn seconds. Passes unanimously.
Ken Finn volunteers to transcribe minutes for this meeting.
Director’s report submitted by Ken Finn. Sale of memory bricks for fund
raising is still steady with approximately $5, 000 in profit so far. So far, no
adoptable pets euthanized after the move to the new shelter. Expected trends
in statistics. Sale of licenses up considerably from last year.
Motion made by Ken Finn to reschedule workshop with City Council in order to
better prepare for it after discussion suggests the Board is not in agreement on
what to present to the Council at a workshop and that Ken Finn will not be
present at currently scheduled workshop. Seconded by Patty Eason. Motion
passes unanimously.
Motion made by Ken Finn to table items five, six and seven on the agenda until
the member who proposed them is present. Seconded by Patty Eason.
Approved unanimously.
Chair, Shawn Gunnin, declared meeting adjourned at 7:15 PM.
