The Airport Advisory Board will meet on Monday, January 21, 2013 at 07:00 PM in the Georgetown
Municipal Airport, Terminal Building, located at 500 Terminal Drive, Georgetown, Texas.
If you need accommodations for a disability, please notify the city in advance.
Airport Advisory Members:
L. E. Williams – Chair, Thomas Clark - Vice Chairman, David Arnette - Secretary, David Johnson, Bill
Farmer, Andrew Karaffa, Wayne Turner
Airport Advisory Board meets every third Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m.unless otherwise specified.
Call to Order at 07:00 PM
Board may, at any time, recess the Regular Session to convene in Executive Session at the request of the
Chair, a Board Member, the City Manager, Assistant City Manager, City Council Member, or legal
counsel for any purpose authorized by the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551, and
are subject to action in the Regular Session that follows.
Due to the Martin Luther King Jr., holiday, and the City of Georgetown observing this holiday, the
Airport Advisory Board will NOT meet for the regular scheduled meeting, for the month of January.
Therefore, no meeting will be held. Notice is hereby given that the meeting of the Airport Advisory
Board scheduled for January 21, 2013 is CANCELLED.

I, Jessica Brettle, City Secretary for the City of Georgetown, Texas, do hereby certify that this Notice of
Meeting was posted at City Hall, 113 E. 8th Street, a place readily accessible to the general public at all
times, on the _____ day of _________________, 2013, at __________, and remained so posted for at
least 72 continuous hours preceding the scheduled time of said meeting.
