The Airport Advisory Board will meet on Monday, June 18, 2012 at 07:00 PM in the Georgetown
Municipal Airport, Terminal Building, located at 500 Terminal Drive, Georgetown, Texas.

Airport Advisory Board meets every third Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m.unless otherwise specified.
Call to Order at 07:00 PM
Board may, at any time, recess the Regular Session to convene in Executive Session at the request of the
Chair, a Board Member, the City Manager, Assistant City Manager, City Council Member, or legal
counsel for any purpose authorized by the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551, and
are subject to action in the Regular Session that follows.
No items have been submitted for consideration by the Airport Advisory
Board for the month of June. Therefore, no meeting will be held. Notice
is hereby given that the meeting of the Airport Advisory Board
scheduled for June 18, 2012 is CANCELLED.

I, Jessica Brettle, City Secretary for the City of Georgetown, Texas, do hereby certify that this Notice of
Meeting was posted at City Hall, 113 E. 8th Street, a place readily accessible to the general public at all
