The Airport Advisory Board will meet on Monday, December 19, 2011 at 07:00 PM in the Georgetown
Public Library, Hewlett Room, located at 402 West 8th Street, Georgetown, Texas

Airport Advisory Members:
Airport Advisory Board meets every third Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m.unless otherwise specified.
Call to Order at 07:00 PM
Board may, at any time, recess the Regular Session to convene in Executive Session at the request of the
Chair, a Board Member, the City Manager, Assistant City Manager, City Council Member, or legal
counsel for any purpose authorized by the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551, and
are subject to action in the Regular Session that follows.
The Airport Advisory Board scheduled for December 19, 2011 is
CANCELLED . The next meeting of the Airport Advisory Board
will be Monday, January 16, 2012.

Meeting was posted at City Hall, 113 E. 8th Street, a place readily accessible to the general public at all
