I. APPROVE MINUTES FROM OCTOBER 14, 1993 PARKS AND RECREATION
BOARD MEETING.
A motion to accept minutes was made by Tom Swift and seconded by Debbie Fustin.
The minutes were approved by unanimous voted.
H. CITIZENS WISHING TO ADDRESS BOARD.
None.
III. RIVER CORRIDOR PARK PRESENTATION BY PLACE COLLABORATIVE,
INC. (7:00 P.M.)
The presentation was recorded and is on file at the Parks and Recreation Office, 2423 -D
Williams Drive, Georgetown, Texas 78628.
IV. RIVER CORRIDOR PARK PRESENTATION BY ARCHITECTURE + PLUS
(8:00 P.M.)

V. RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL ON CONSULTANT FOR RIVER
CORRIDOR PHASE I PARK PROJECT.
There was a lengthy discussion (approximately 1'h hours) on each of the four consultants
that made presentations to the board. The discussion was tallied during the discussion
based on approximately 21 categories. (The tape of this meeting is in the Parks &
Recreation office for your review and has been transcribed. If you would like an in
depth copy or to listen to the tape please contact Donna Kirk at 930 - 3595.) The results
of the tallied showed Place Collaborative in 1st place with J. T. Dunkin coming in 2nd.
Tom Swift made a recommendation as follows: "Recommend to the City Council that
our first choice is Place Collaborative and that our second choice is J.T. Dunkin" Nick
Sikes seconded the motion and the motion carried by unanimous vote.
VI. INFORMATION FROM BOARD MEMBERS AND DIRECTOR.
Harold asked for input on subdivision regulations. He would like to incorporate these
ideas in the new sub regulations currently being done.
VII. ADJOURN.
