The Animal Shelter Advisory Board will meet on Thursday, April 19, 2012 at 06:00 PM in the Georgetown
Animal Shelter, located at 110 W.L. Walden Drive, Georgetown, Texas.

Mike Simpson, Laura Hobgood-Oster, Christine Albanese, Mary Treuter, Max Mixson, Patty Eason
Animal Shelter Advisory Board meetings are held monthly unless otherwise noted.
Call to Order at 06:00 PM
1. Citizens comments.
2. Approval of minutes from March advisory board meeting - L Hobgood-Oster
3. Presentation of Animal Services status including statistical and analytical report for
March 2012 - J Carey
4. Discussion and possible action of topic to secure veterinary physician for the
advisory board vacant position. C Albanese
5. Discussion and possible action on ban of retail pet sales, to include review of sample
retail pet sale ban ordinances - L Hobgood-Oster
6. Discussion and possible action to capture shelter capacity and utilization metrics. M
Simpson
7. Discussion and possible action on list of topics proposed for public education on
responsible pet ownership - M Simpson
