The Airport Advisory Board of the City of Georgetown, Texas, met on Monday , September 20, 2010.
Members Present:
Bob Perry, Dennis Morgan, Gary Hamilton, George Brown, L.E. Williams, Patrick McCaslin
Members Absent:
Marty Buchanan

Minutes
Regular Meeting
1. Call to order.
Chairman Brown called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
2. Consideration and possible action to approve the Minutes of July 19, 2010, meeting. (Note:
Board did not meet in August 2010)
Gary Hamilton: I make the motion to accept the minutes of July 1 9, 2010.
Patrick McCaslin: I second the motion.
Motion approved 6-0.
3. Airport Manager’s Report:
A. July & August 2010 Monthly Income and Expense Reports
Travis McLain: Self Service Avgas price went down to $3.90 per gallon on July 9, 2010. Th ere was
an increase in aviation activity in August 2010. (See reports)
B. Report on Council Actions
Travis McLain: On July 13, 2010 Council approved the Board ’s recommendation of rates and
charges inflation adjustments to the T-Hangar and Tiedown rents to become effective October 1,
2010.
C. Report on Improvements to Airport Streets
Travis McLain: Airport Street and ribbon curb project is 95% complete. The centerline restriping
remains.
D. Georgetown Airfest
Travis McLain: The Airfest is scheduled for this Saturday, September 25, 2010.
4. Consideration and possible action to recommend that Council approve the request of Kent
Holiday to assign his airport ground lease at 207 Hangar Drive to Diver Air.
Patrick McCaslin: Motion to approve the recommendation that Council approve the request of Kent
Holiday to assign his airport ground lease at 207 Hangar Drive to Diver Air.
Bob Perry: I second the motion.
Motion approved 6-0.
5. Consideration and possible action for setting Agenda Items for the October 18, 2010, meeting.
Agenda item(s) for the October 18, 2010 meeting:
A. Board to review future airport projects
B. Daryl Dressler to present overview of the Airfest
6. Adjourn.
Patrick McCaslin: I make the motion that we adjourn.
Gary Hamilton: I second the motion.
Motion approved 6-0.
