The Airport Advisory Board of the City of Georgetown, Texas, met on Monday , June 21, 2010.
Members Present:
Dennis Morgan, Gary Hamilton, George Brown, Patrick McCaslin
Members Absent:
Bob Perry, Marty Buchanan, Joseph Warner

Minutes
Regular Meeting
1. Call to order.
Chairman Brown called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
2. Consideration and possible action to approve the Minutes of May 17, 2010, meeting.
Patrick McCaslin: I make the motion to accept the minutes of May 17, 2010.
Gary Hamilton: I second the motion.
Motion approved 4-0.
3. Airport Manager’s Report:
A. March 2010 Monthly Income and Expense Reports
Travis McLain: Self Service Avgas price went down to $3.85 per gallon on June 4, 2010.

Also this month were the annual expenses for the Avgas system and Tower equipment
inspection/certification.
B. Report on Council Actions
Travis McLain: Council approved Lima Romeo Aviation, LLC as an SFBO and they are loc ated at
Aero Centex, 201 Stearman Drive.
C. Report on Improvements to Airport Streets
Travis McLain: Airport Street Rehab Project – preconstruction meeting June 30, 2010.
D. Georgetown Airfest
Mike Martin: (Volunteer) Reported to the Board concerning the Airfest progress.
4. Consideration and possible action for setting Agenda Items for the July 19, 2010, meeting.
Agenda item(s) for the July 19, 2010 meeting:
A. Discuss Board’s Airfest participation and Airport reimbursement policy
5. Adjourn.
