The City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, met in special session on the above date
with Mayor Leo Wood presiding.

Regular Session - Called to order at 5:17 p.m.
A Agreement with Triple S Plastics/Marianne Banks
Mayor Wood called on Jim Gross, President of the Georgetown Industrial Foundation,
who described Triple S Plastics, and explained that they plan to hire 100 employees over
the next year. It is predicted that they will add $8 million to the tax rolls. They will use
the vacant ACM Building to help rejuvenate the south industrial area. They plan to be
here by August or September. The Georgetown Industrial Foundation is providing
$25,000 private incentive money for start-up costs.
Hart spoke of the advantages to Georgetown to have the electric load of this
manufacturing business. Hart spoke of the annexation proposals outlined in the agreement
with Triple S. Copies were provided on the dial for the Councilmembers. Motion by
Tonn, second by Bain to approve of the agreement to grant tax abatement to the Triple
S Plastics company. Approved 5-0. (Bonner and Arroyos absent)
B Set date on which to hear the appeal of disciplinary action for Tami Bukowsky/Bob Hart
Hart confirmed with Council to set Monday, 22nd. at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers
for the hearing to appeal disciplinary action for Tami Bukowsky. Bukowsky has asked

that the hearing be closed to the public. Mayor Pro -Tem Doris Curl will preside in place
of the Mayor due to a previous commitment.
