SPECIAL SESSION --Called to Order at 5:32 p.m.

Mayor Wood recognized a citizen who wished to speak to the Council.
Mrs. Patsy Bracomontez spoke to Council about a complaint concerning the manner in which her
communication to Mayor and Council was delayed. Hart will respond with a letter and a
personal visit to answer the questions she brought before Council.
Council recessed for Executive Session at 5:42 p.m.

920233 Consideradoption of . resolution directing publication of notice of Witention to issue
certificates of obligation to be placed on the Council agenda of May 26, 1992, Regular
Session/Bob Hart
Resolution was read by Hart. The total amount of the obligation is not to exceed $1.6 million.
A public hearing will be held on June 9 and the sale of the bonds will be held at a special
meeting on July 7. Motion by Valdez, second by Voltz to approve the resolution and begin th'i
process to issue the certificates of obligation. Approved 7-0.
920234 Mayor, Council and City Manager comments
Hart announced that he had been given tickets for the Mayor and Council to the Williamson
County Sheriff Posse's Rodeo and Dance.
Hart also gave Council a schedule for the visit from an industrial prospect on Wednesday.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:22 p.m.
