COUNCIL WORKSHOP: 870502 Discuss Zoning Ordinance Procedures and Administration/Randy Stuciip Randy Stump, City Attorney gave the Council his views on the matter. There was discussion between Mr. Stump and the Council. Mayor Colbert recognized Mr. Casey frow the audience. Mr. Casey asked if his zoning matter could be discussed at this time. Mayor Colbert said that it was the Council's intention to discuss his zoning matter at the next regular council l�ieeting on Nov. 24, 1957. Mr. Case;, acknowledged agreement. No action taken in this natter. Motion carried by unanimous vote. Advisory Charter Review Colraittee Presentation of answers to Council's Seven Point Charge/Joan King Joan King was recognized by Tvl.ayor Colbert. Mrs. King advised that Ms, Judi Shanklin would present the Coiilmittee's report to the Council. Ms. Shanklin recognized all members of the Coill,-41ttee who were present at the meeting and recognized Ms. Naavarette and Ms. Taylor to address the Council regarding; Minority representation lis. Ann Snell grave presentation on Charges 461, #2, and. 463. Ivir. EmiI IIaIinovsky `ave presentation on Charge 464 and recommended that the Council present this issue at the next election to voters. Charge 465's presentation was given by Mr. Bill Connor. Ms. Shanklin advised that per the request of the Council Charge #6 had been deleted and therefore there was no recommendations froi%i the Coiiiaii tree. Charge 467/Sec. 6.01 was presented by Mr. Boo Brown. 11[r. Bill Connor gave presentation. on Charge 467/Sec. 6.04. Mr. Charles Thrash gave presentation on Charge 467/Sec. 6.11. Citizen's c Mayor Colbert recognizes: Robert Gaylor. Mr. Gaylor presented to the Council- a Proposed Schedule for Consideration and Approval of Recommendattons on Revisions to the City Charter and asked for Council acceptance of that schedule, Motioned by Lackey and second by Pearce to accept the proposed schedule as presented.
