presiding. The following council members and
officials were present. Eb C. Girvin, Joan King,

Manager/Police Chief Hugh Anderson III and
Director of Finance and Administration David
Quick. Council Member Bill Connor was absent.
The City Council of the City of Georgetown
received the following $1,500,000 City of
Georgetown, Texas General Obligation Bonds,
Series 1986 Bids.

APPROVING OFFICIAL STATEMENT & SELLING LIBRARY
BONDS - EMERGENCY READING
Motion by Girvin and second by King to adopt, on
emergency reading, an ordinance authorizing the
issuance of $1,500,000 City of Georgetown, Texas
General Obligation Bonds Series 1986; naming
Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc the initial registered
owner thereof; declaring an emergency and
setting an effective date. Motion carried by
unanimous vote. (volume number 10)
Motion by King and second by Shell to adjourn.
Motion carried by unanimous vote.
