in Special Session on the above date at 5:30 PM
with Mayor Jim Colbert presiding. The following
council members and officials were present:
Council Member Eb C. Girvin, Council member Joan
King, Council Member Marvin E. Lackey, Council
Member Bill Connor, Council Member William C.
Shell, City Secretary Pat Caballero, City
Manager R. Bob Gaylor, Director of Public Works
Allyn Moore, and Development and Planning
Director Ed Barry.
1. WORKSHOP - GEORGETOWN/ROUND ROCK UTILITY SERVICES AGREEMENT
The City Council held a Georgetown/Round Rock
Utility Services Agreement Workshop.
2. WORKSHOP - SAN GABRIEL PARK WATER TREATMENT PLANT
The City Council held a San Gabriel Park Water
Treatment Plant Workshop.
3m BID APPROVAL - SAN GABRIEL PARK WATER TREATMENT PLANT
Motion by Connor and second by Lackey to award
the San Gabriel Park Water Treatment Plant
construction contract to Bryan Construction
Company for their bid of $4,066,317. Motion
carried by unanimous vote. (Other Companies
Bidding: R. B. Butler, Inc., CBI-Nacon, Inc.,
Lem Construction Co., Tribble and Stevens Co.,
Val. T. Stevens Contracting, Inc.)
ADJOURN Motion by Connor and second by Shell to
adjourn. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
