Impact Fee Advisory Committee
October 6, 1998
Leon Douglas called the Georgetown Impact Fee Advisory Committee meeting to order at 5:47
p.m. Other committee members in attendance were Cynthia Smith, Robert Brannon, Claude
Proctor, Cal Wilkerson, Charles Parker, Patrick Walsh and Sarah Milburn.
Agenda:
1. Discussion of the proposed Land Use Assumptions and Capital Improvement Plan. Ed
Barry, Director of Development Services, explained the process of the required review
and possible revision of the City’s Impact Fee Ordinance. The committee will review the
proposed Land Use Assumptions and Capital Improvement Plan and be ready to discuss
at the next meeting.
2. Staff Comments. The next meeting of the committee will be Thursday, October 29th at
6:30 in City Council Chambers.
3. Committee Members Comments. None were made.
The committee meeting was adjourned at 6:04 p.m.
