Impact Fee Advisory Committee
October 29, 1998
Leon Douglas called the Georgetown Impact Fee Advisory Committee meeting to order at 6:35
p.m.. Other committee members in attendance were Cal Wilkerson, Patrick Walsh and Sarah
Milburn.
Agenda:
1. Consideration and possible action on the Minutes of the October 6, 1998, Impact Fee
Advisory Committee meeting. Cal Wilkerson made a motion to approve the minutes as
written. Pat Walsh seconded the motion which passed by a vote of 4-0.
2. The committee discussed the proposed Land Use Assumptions and Capital Improvement
Plan.
3. Adopt written comments on the Capital Improvements Plan for City Council consideration.
Patrick Walsh made a motion for adoption of CIP and fee structure to remain at its
current published level. Sarah Milburn seconded the motion which passed by a vote of
4-0.
4. Staff Comments. None were made.
5. Committee Members Comments. None were made.
With no further business, the committee meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
